Speed, reliability, security – the advantages of an EDI transition are numerous. The digital transformation of your supply chain (orders, deliveries, inventory management, invoicing, etc.) implies profound changes in working methods.

This is a necessary and modern change to optimize profitability and enhance the work of your employees. This includes eliminating human intervention, removing paper documents, and automating numerous processes.

At Horus Consulting, a team of experts is at your service to ensure a seamless and efficient EDI transition. From identifying your needs to implementing planned workloads, our company also provides high-quality support to your employees.

Through the reform on electronic invoicing, from 2024 onwards and according to a graduated schedule, all companies subject to VAT will be required to use electronic data interchange (EDI) for their invoicing.

This widespread adoption of electronic invoicing will allow

  • Strengthening competitiveness and fluidity in B2B business relationships (reducing administrative costs)

  • Combating VAT fraud

  • Simplify VAT reporting obligations

To fulfill their obligations, companies will be free to choose between two methods.

  • a state-partnered digitization platform (PDP)

  • Chorus Pro, public invoicing portal (public sector)

Electronic invoicing requirements will be imposed from:

  • July 1, 2024, upon receipt, to all those subject to the tax,

  • July 1, 2024, in transmission, to large companies

  • January 1, 2025 to medium-sized businesses,

  • January 1, 2026 to small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises.

Contact us today to discuss your EDI needs and facilitate your transition. EDI will open new horizons for your business.
